30 Day Return Policy:
We will gladly offer an exchange of the same title for all defective merchandise. If you find that your product, or a portion of your product is damaged or missing, or otherwise defective, please email us at: emporium@sun-angel.com so that we can arrange a quick replacement of either the defective or missing portion (ie: if one tape of a set is missing or defective) or the replacement of the whole product.

Unopened items in unused condition (sealed/unopened/unused) may also be returned for an exchange for a different product or a refund of the purchase price - excluding shipping. Shipping may also be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.

Because a majority of our products are audio/CD/video products, we cannot accept returns of opened items, merchandise that was not purchased through this store, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

International Orders:

Please read carefully:
For international orders, we must determine the shipping charges based on the location and the weight of the items ordered. An Airmail shipping fee will be automatically added to your order based upon the US Postal Service airmail calculator, however, if your order weighs a lot more than a pound (16 ounces) or so, the shipping fee will not be enough. We will email you with the actual shipping price for airmail shipment of your order and we will ask you to respond in a return email to confirm your acceptance of the new total including shipping. We will then charge your credit card for the difference and ship your order right away.

Insurance:
Although we have rarely had a package go missing, unless you request and pay to insure your shipment, all international shipments will be shipped "at your own risk".
